The Riddlesbrood Touring Theater Company is delighted to bring laughter and mystery to audiences in Alburtis, PA, at the renowned Alburtis Tavern and Lodge at 106 South Main Street. This historic establishment, operating as a tavern and lodge since 1876, is nestled next to the railroad in the charming borough of Alburtis. Known for its excellent food, friendly service, and warm, rustic atmosphere, it has been the perfect backdrop for our comedic and interactive murder mystery shows.

We’ve performed a variety of themed productions here, including our hilariously German-inspired “October Jest” murder mystery, where the beer flows, the bratwurst sizzles, and the laughs come as fast as the clues! Past favorites also include our Valentine’s-Day-themed Sherlock Holmes and classic hits like “Crime Scene Idiots” and “Murder at the USO.” Audiences have embraced the fun, some even dressing in costume to enhance the festive spirit.

Alburtis Tavern’s spacious Lockridge banquet room has been an ideal stage for these uproarious whodunits, and we are grateful to the proprietors, Hope and Terry Bender, for their gracious hospitality. Alburtis is just one of many towns in the Poconos where our merry troupe has performed, sharing interactive, comedic murder mysteries with public groups and private parties alike.
