We recently performed a Tickled to Death Murder Mystery party in Folsom, PA, at Our Lady of Peace for their annual fundraiser (208 Milmont Ave, Folsom, PA 19033). With over 100 attendees, the event raised a significant amount for their programs. The audience knew they were in for a comedic thrill ride when the lights dimmed, the music started, and the hilarious antics of Inspector Clouseau took center stage in Ridley Township. (By the way, did you know the first Wawa was right here?) Like many of our Murder Mystery Dinner Parties, the show was packed with witty jokes, keeping the crowd laughing all night. Several of our top-notch actors (Eric Dunn, Dave Gold, Jeff Cleve & Karla Shantz) brought the room to life with their signature audience interaction, inviting volunteers to join in on the fun. One memorable moment included an audience member taking a "lie detector test," much to the delight of their friends.

As this was a nonprofit worship venue, the humor was family-friendly—a perfect fit for our veteran theater troupe. The audience had a blast filling out their ‘clue sheets’ to solve the murder mystery, while dessert was served. After the true killer was revealed, the room erupted in applause, and the winners were awarded their amusing (and somewhat inexpensive) prizes. A night of laughter, mystery, and fun for a great cause!
